Initiate Your Request
Contact our rider support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Bike
Carefully repack the bike in its original box with all protective padding and tools included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear to ensure it is in 'as-new' condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
