How do I choose the right bike size for my child?
We recommend measuring your child's inside leg length (inseam). Each product page features a specific size guide that maps height and inseam measurements to the ideal frame size for safety and control.
Do Early Rider bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 95% assembled. You will typically only need to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and adjust the saddle height using the tools provided in the box.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide using premium couriers. Delivery times vary by region, but most international orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return a bike if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and in unused, 'as new' condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
Every Early Rider frame and fork is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Components are covered for 1 year, excluding normal wear and tear items like tires and brake pads.
Are replacement parts available for purchase?
Absolutely. We stock a full range of spare parts, from replacement belt drives and bearings to touch-up paint, ensuring your bike can be passed down to siblings for years to come.
